I just wanted to take a second to commend your staff this past weekend at the Fall Nationals. As most people are quick to vent their frustrations, they often easily neglect the opportunity to praise. As a coach of the Ark Prospects, our team was fortunate enough to make it to the championship in the 9U open division. I wanted to let you know that the umpire staff that had both our games on Sunday were some of the best that I've had at any park we've ever played. Please give them a pat on the back and tell them thanks for being consummate professionals. And thank you for employing such quality folks!
